A little pressured...ha,ha

I tried out my new pressure canner a few days ago.
I'm still alive to tell about. Nothing exploded! Yeah!!
Green beans were next on the list. I couldn't can these in my water bath, they have to be canned with a pressure canner.
The canner started making lots of sounds, I have to admit it was a little freaky for my first time. :)
Yeah! I did it! I had done more tomatoes just before the green beans.

I can now say I've canned green beans in a pressure cooker. Thanks Jan for letting me call you a million times with questions! :)

Oh good! Now I have somebody to call with all MY questions when I use MY pressure cooker...(maybe this weekend....gulp?).

what about freezing them? have you tried that? do you think they would hold up that way?
